Bag was perfect to carry tackle and tools. I didnt want a heavy tackle box to carry since I was taking my small boy with me. The over-the-shoulder bag works great. The bag had more space than I imagined. I can fit 3 plastic tackle boxes in the main compartment, along with tools and accessories. The plastic tackle box provided was not usable; none of my lures or worms fit. I had other plastic boxes that worked better. I bought because of the bag, not the included box.

The bag is great seems to be made very well. The zippers are nice and smooth the pockets are just right. The only thing I didnt like was it did not have a chest strap to strap the shoulder straps together so they dont slide down your shoulders. After sewing a chest strap on I really like it it stays put now. The shoulder strap for the chest carry needed a cushion so I put one on from an old soft cooler I had. Other than the chest strap and the small pad the bag is awesome.

14 year old son is obsessed with fishing he has literally not taken this off all week! We was able to store multiple types of lures/gear in the compartments, rod holder section keeps the rod close to the backpack and no worry of it falling out while walking trails to the pond. Absolutely love this back pack!!

Got this for my 10 year old son for when he hikes to carry his fishing gear, and its perfect. Not too big, but it holds a deceptive amount of stuff (2 Plano 3600 boxes, plus the smaller box that comes with it, plus plenty of other stuff, including his folding fishing rod on one side, and small tripod stool on the other). It seems very rugged and well built.
